IYT Training Programs

1TN.jpgOver 3000 of our graduates around the world have developed a variety of Yoga, wellness and stress management programs to meet the needs of people in hospitals, mental health settings, corporations, wellness centers, education, senior care, community centers, the performing arts and athletics as well as in Yoga classes and centers. Many Yoga practitioners choose our approach because it gives them the flexibility to teach in a wide variety of settings including the Yoga classroom as well as going beyond it into the community. Body workers, educators, nurses, physical therapists, psychotherapists, physicians and other professionals with a mind-body focus have chosen our programs in order to incorporate Yoga based wellness into their professions.

Students in our training program  learn a step-by-step methodology for group and individual Yoga therapy sessions. This allows them to begin their practice confidently with an extensive toolbox of yoga methods, approaches, and techniques along with the ability to evaluate individual needs and adapt Yoga practices accordingly.

The Integrative Yoga Therapy Professional Yoga Therapy 800 hour training program is an accredited member school by International Association of Yoga Therapy (IAYT).
