We offer returns within the first 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return of any kind. Write to us at email@example.com to initiate a return.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging (items that are wrapped in plastic shrinkwrap can have the plastic removed.)
- You must provide your order number.
- Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will provide the address to which you return the product once we approve your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that your original cost to ship you the item is non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the number of days specified by the card processor (this is normally 3-5 business days but can vary.)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same item, send an email with a photo of the damage to email@example.com along with your order number.
