500hr Professional Yoga Therapist Program (PYT-500) [ click for program details ]
The 500hr Professional Yoga Therapist Training Program requires completion of both Module 1: Foundations of Yoga Therapy and Module 2: Yoga Therapy in Practice. To graduate, students must also have a Yoga Alliance recognized 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate and an additional week (50 contact hours) of advanced therapeutic Yoga Study within IYT or from another Yoga Alliance accredited school.

1000hr PYT Internship (PYT-1000) [ click for program details ]
The 1000-hour level Professional Yoga Therapist Certification is an internship program to be completed in your own community. This is a web-based program where each student works with a personal mentor and is completed at your own pace within two years of registration. The PYT-1000 consists of a total of thirty individual sessions, teaching of one eight-week therapeutic Yoga program, and study and completion of ten components of written work focused on particular themes or aspects of Yoga therapy.

Yoga Home Study Program [ click for program details ]
The Home Study Program is a complete course of Yoga with a special focus on the therapeutic dimension. This is a web-based program in which each student works with a personal mentor through email and our interactive website. Note: Because this is a non-residential program, it does not qualify as a Yoga teacher training program.
